Personal Show Coverage
Candids & CompetitionAlthough I will still accept messages from riders who ask me to “try” to get photos of them at shows, now I offer a more personalized show coverage packages to guarantee that I “WILL” get photos of you.
How It Works
- Prebook with me to get shots of you at a particular show. Send an email to ph****@li************.ca
- I will need to know the following
- Which show you will be showing in and what days you are showing.
- The division or classes you will be showing in.
- Your full name and rider number, if you have it yet, and the horse’s show name. Also your barn’s/trainer’s name.
- Your cell phone number so we can text each other.
- Where your stalls are located and when will you arrive at the show or what time you will be shipping in.
- Any special requests for shots
- A 20% deposit is required by etransfer to ph****@li************.ca before the show.
- I (or one of my second shooters) will come to your stalls or trailer to take some candid shots of you as you get ready to show, around 30-45 minutes before one of your classes during the show. I do request that your horse be bathed and groomed and you are in your show clothes. I can’t always stick around that long so the more you have ready before I get there, the better. We will get shots as you begin to tack up.
- I will also be ringside when you are showing and possibly available to take presentation photos depending when the presentations occur. I will not be following you around all day, it will just be before one of your classes and ringside. However, if you spot me and want me to take a shot of you, feel free to ask.
- Photos will consist of competition and candid shots. If you have a particular request, please let me know as soon as you can. Keep in mind this is not a portrait shoot, just show coverage. However, if you want to strike a pose when you see me, go for it and I will get a shot.

Attend classes only – Try to get candids
Most Popular Package – $500
10 High Res Photos
Maximum 2 hours dedicated time
Even Better Package – $800
20 High Res Photos
Maximum 3 hours dedicated time
Best Ever Package – $1000
30 High Res Photos
Maximum 4 hours dedicated time
Notes:
Please note that I am not available at every show, especially if I am the official photographer at another show. However, I can arrange for a second shooter if your request is received far enough in advance of your show.
After The Show
As mentioned, I will take photos of you in competition as well as candids, when possible. I will gather all the photos of you into a gallery which will be available for viewing as soon as all of the show photos have been processed.
From this gallery, you will choose the photos that you want. The number to choose will depend on the package you purchase.
The balance owing for the package you purchased will need to be sent to me via etransfer and I will then make the photos you chose downloadable for you.
Your photos will remain online so you can purchase additional digital copies in the future. I also offer prints which you can purchase directly from this website.
